Virtual Meditation Gathering with Hari Nam Singh December 4, 2020, 5PM PDT – Updated

We held a virtual meditation gathering on Friday, December 4, 2020.
With everything that is going on, we have to take personal responsibility for ourselves and our actions. That requires discipline and commitment. First, we have to become aware of ourselves and also our environment. Then, we must discover and be mindful of the resonance that we produce through our actions. We can heal by our presence and our example.
