The notion that there have to be winners and losers is obsolete.  It is holding back any resolution of conflict.  Recognize leaders who have abandoned that model of governance.  Once that perception is dropped, then anything is possible.

The time for action has come.  You now have the focus and the stamina necessary for accomplishing great tasks.  The path before you is being cleared and reward lies ahead.
