The experience of liberation has mostly to do with one’s release of expectations and related resentments for those who do not live up to them. Not controlling is the most liberating choice one can make. Once tensions are relieved one can return to the regular order of life, without the burdensome pressure of expectation.

Nourish yourself and others in the proper way. Do not depend on receiving nourishment from others in lieu of providing for yourself. There is no shame in experiencing lean times as long as you are attentive to addressing the needs of the time.

Waiting for deliverance, remain strong. Do not succumb to doubt or despair. Circumstances will come to a decisive moment that cannot be avoided. Even if all seems lost, do not capitulate. You will be OK.
