Conflict is largely a result of differing views that seem irreconcilable. Walls have been built that separate them into sides. The first step to resolving conflict is to reconcile the inner conflict that you experience.
This goes for both “sides”. It is time to lay down arms and not try to force external outcomes. Perseverance, understanding and forgiveness will work to dissolve the divides. It is not “giving up”. You must contemplate how you can participate in the peaceful resolution.
