Ah, today the subject is the inner vision of the subconscious mind. Believe it or not you are mostly controlled by the subconscious mind neither you want to admit it nor we arrange to get it through our system, we like to say that what is subconscious mind, where it is? And we have a habit to consciously deny the control of the subconscious mind, mostly we succeed it is just a love and hate relationship.
We love somebody and we think and presume that we love somebody but the at the same time we hate somebody equally well. I mean you must understand something in your live, you love nobody when you say I love it is just to befool somebody, if somebody knows you very well and knows acknowledge science of religion or reality he must know that coin has two sides there is always a polarity of life so when you love somebody you equally hate that body it cannot be without equal amount of hatred otherwise you will be out of balance if you really love somebody and you do not equally hate that person you’ll be insane, you’ll be blind, you’ll be gone there’ll be nothing in you.
So you have to keep the balance so love has equal hate so love hate relationship is a very balanced relationship but when you are emotional about your love so you are blind about your hate but when your emotions dry up little bit and you start seeing the real person what a bitch she is, what a rotten she is what a rotten he is what a dog he is and what a undermine he is and you know all that the stuff comes out to you, then you start looking, the blinding factor is not love and hate, blinding factor is your emotions which direction it is going, it’s called trade winds.
It is the trade winds and it is the crossroads which makes your life what it is today. And that is spirituality that’s not logic, that’s not psychology, that’s not science that is you, the most important thing in the life is you, and the inner being and subconscious is very difficult eighteen years have gone by as a person to me as a teacher I have talked to looking into the subconscious inner wear of person, if I tell somebody don’t bitch at so and so, don’t frown at such and such, don’t be angry about it, don’t depressed about it I have never said it to cover a time and a space of now. I have only covered the subconscious vitality of the force in which that person is going at the rate of velocity where I know the head crashes in the way it’s on the way you can’t avoid it and that to my consciousness is the greatest service one can render to another person.
I think you as American must be aware when you drive on the freeway you see the signs, Sacramento, Sacramento sign doesn’t leap out and say hey driver are you going to go Sacramento please take my road, no it doesn’t do that, all it says a big sign Sacramento you read it or not read it, the other one said Santiago now just understand instead of taking a turn on Sacramento you take on a Santiago it will just go a little bit further both go the same way, but the other one turn around and go all the way hundred eighty degree that way. To just catch that road again it will take you a day perhaps sometime, once I know we took a wrong exit it took about three hours to come back to normal just one mistake.
So those who feel the subconscious is a easy game and they do not relate and some people do not even ask a question ‘what I want to know subconsciously,’ unconsciously forget it that we’ll talk later, that’s another force which is much forceful than you, your father, your mother, your uncle, your aunties, your all relationship the total money you have got and everything it is two hundred time more powerful than all that, all the force behind you is zero before your unconscious force, it’s very vital, it’s very persuasive and it takes you through all slips and puts you naked before its own activity. I’m just talking of subconscious, because subconscious is in betweens affair it is a kind of a situation which can be managed, unconscious force is unconscious, unconscious force is like a tidal wave hitting the shore what you can do? You put your boards on the windows and you think it is your store will be safe there will not be a shore. You’re talking about the board on the store and those nails you put for safety, there’s not going to be any shore.
Can you believe two hundred yards high tidal wave hitting a city what will be left? I don’t think that you will ever find there was a city again, that’s unconscious force, subconscious is this twelve feet high tide hitting the shores habitually spilling water here and there clogging up your sewer system, bringing your lights down, those kind of stuff. Consciously you like to control everything, consciously you like to deny everything, consciously you don’t want to look into things, you are your friend by the nature of the divine, you are your enemy by the nature of your consciousness, because God has given you this body and this body and this being is a gift to you for the time being and that’s why you are very friendly but in reality, you are your enemy.
Your pursuit of life is based in deepening your permanency on the Earth therefore when you put your deep permanency of the Earth you immediately deny your lightness or your faculty of the heavens, if you understand what I’m saying you fully understand what I’m trying to talk to you tonight, it maybe very boring subject why we came to this Yogi ji‘s class he is trying to tell us something we don’t want to listen, it’s fine with me if you don’t want to listen because you have not listened anyway for eighteen years, so if you don’t listen few days more it’s all right, but I tell you there are millions of you and millions of you in Europe and millions of you even in India, who has stopped listening to this man found out truth.
God is a truth and if a man does not find out God truth and does not speak God truth man will never learn, that’s why there is a very important relationship, woman who does not understand the faculty of the man, the caliber of the man, woman who does not understand the caliber of the man can never succeed in love, doesn’t matter what else she do, Siri Guru Granth talks about it, that you have made a bed, you have decorated yourself, you have scented yourself, Kanth Na-aya that your love has not come, what stops it? It is not your decoration and attraction doesn’t attract it they have the power they must do that but when you do not know the caliber you do not know the potential, you do not know the potential you do not know the reality. In every man finds non reality every woman finds non reality because to every reality there is equal non reality, that keeps the life going question is, how you want to divert your feelings and emotions towards what?
Six years you abused somebody and six minutes you think he will forget it, then if the person doesn’t have anything at all conscious, unconscious and subconscious. Try to understand what you are doing and just understand everyday which brick you put and brick you put and brick you put and brick you put one day it will become a wall and so high and so powerful you will not be in a position to scale it. Each day you put your root deeper and deeper into Maya, each day you get into the Maya, each day you get into Maya one day you will just have no connection with heavens.
I remember when I was studying with my teacher, one day my teacher was very extremely angry, and when he was very angry, everybody knew it when he’s angry, I walked into at that trouble time unfortunately luck would have it, it was me, so when I walked into it, I was just blasted, I mean to say I’ve never seen a person so effectively can blast a person. After he finished all that blasting, I said, “Sir could you tell me exactly what we are supposed to do to achieve the situation we have trouble in hand, this performance of your can be examined little later.”
He looked at me he said, “How dare, you don’t understand I am angry?”
I said, “Not only I understand I feel it, I smelt it and I eat and I digested it and I have gone to the rest room with it. Now question is the problem is very handy and we have to deal with it.”
And he said, “You can’t deal with it.”
I say, “Acknowledged I can’t, but I like to get it somewhere I’m not competent, I’m not persuasive and according to your judgment I can’t deal with it but at this time only it is me, you don’t have anybody else.”
He said, “You’re very persistent”
I said, “That’s a English word, you have spoken after long time you can talk to me in your vernacular.”
He said, “No that’s a bad word to say it.”
I said, “All right thank you for the consciousness, the question is can we do something now or not?”
Then he laughed, he cracked up, I mean he was just like a little a baby and then he said, “Don’t worry we’ll just do the prayer it will be done.” Fine matter ended. When we came together next day everybody got together and said, “What you did he started laughing?”
I said, “I just stood there and took it.”
And he said, “Then what he did?”
I said, “He did prayer and God job was done.”
“So what was lesson in it?”
I said, “He made you to run away and you ran that’s all. There was nothing into it, practically speaking he was not looking for your help he was just testing you all out, whether you have the grit to stand, his type of anger or not. Question is, are you running away from your teacher, and my God let me question you something! Are you in a position to stick with him or you have a position to run away? You all ran away yesterday, doesn’t matter what.”
They said, “We thought he’s very angry we couldn’t stand him, we thought we’ll give him a space” they gave me all logic, argument, reason, justifications, which is the paradise of the fool.
Wise men knows in the storm holding hand is the only way to safety, rest is all logic, reason, argument, convenience, brain waves, so when you defy a teacher, you are defying your own faculty of intuition, you do not understand who is your teacher? Teacher is not the man you are facing, teacher is your own intuition interpreted through another man for your convenience. You hear it in audible language, otherwise the guiding teacher of you is your own very refined sense of Divinity which is your teacher, which is your intuition. And if you immediately, if sometime when your teacher talks to you, you look immediately into your subconscious you’ll find your conscious is saying the same thing. Your unconscious is saying the same thing, your subconscious is saying the same thing that is where the trinity meets. They call it Pragraj where three wisdom the power and the self meets, Jamuna, Ganga, Saraswathi they call it, we call it Father, Son, Holy Ghost, the trinity.
Past, present and future meets at one point, it meets at the very spoken word of the teacher, the subconscious studies it, conscious knows it, unconscious is aware of it and that is your intuition. Your intuitive faculty which is your most guiding force preventive and prosperity comes through it, you deny it, you run away from it, you give it a distance, when your teacher speaks to you, you deny it one foot away, second time two foot away, ten foot away, thirty foot away, you sometime can go beyond the horizon. Simple law, your behavior can create a brick, another brick, another brick one day it shall be a wall. Before you do this mistake please start looking subconsciously, that what you are talking unconsciously and how you are interpreting consciously, unconscious, guilt, anger, obnoxiousness your faculties are consciously displayed but can be seen unconsciously how wrong you are and you can correct it. The only way to correct is if you look into the subconscious and find it out, what you intend to do is honest or dishonest, it’s for you or against you.
What to a spiritual teacher, I tell you what is to a spiritual teacher, spiritual teachers are very funny I have seen one and I have seen many, they have one way to say things they just say it, because they don’t want to be caught before the Almighty God and say, ‘you didn’t do your job,’ they will say it because they have to say it, they will say it that because they want to say it and sometime they say it because they feel guilty, if they don’t say it they are doing something wrong they just say it, they never expect you to obey. It is your foolishness and ego and madness that you treat these people very shallow and very low, because you are in show business you do not have faculty of depth of the knowledge of spiritual teacher, you do not have the depth of the understanding of a spiritual teacher, spiritual teacher is just, just own reflection of your own intuition and you can change spiritual teachers doesn’t matter, but you cannot run away from truth somebody can read it correctly, somebody can read it incorrectly that’s all it will be, so do not misunderstand that going away from person A to person B to person C to person D you are going to solve your problem, you are not going to solve your problem.
If you have ugly nose no makeup can make up for it. The question is whether you have the capacity and fineness and the grit to hear somebody and act it and look at it subconsciously, you can very well disobey. Some people have very much feeling ‘oh my God if my spiritual teacher said I should disobey or not’ go ahead disobey who cares. You disobey your unconscious, subconscious and your intuition all the time, what’s the different if a loud speaker tells you or telephone tells you it’s the same thing. When you are wired to disobey you will. Because you are in a falsehood of success of the Earth therefore you will create a equal destruction of your heavens.
Whenever a man is very successful on the Earth or feels or may not be successful but it’s a feeling, woman feels she is very beautiful God she acts crazy, when a man feel successful he will act crazy, because anything on the Earth has to be equally bad in the heavens, balance has to take its place. There’s nothing I and you can do, but when you feel very successful or you are really successful and you think you are successful because of the divine you are doubly successful then heavens are with you, therefore no relationship is worth, no love is worth which has no integrity of reverence. Therefore no success is worth there’s no person is worth if he does have a integrity or reverence of Divinity in it.
A divided relationship and divided success is just a tragedy of hell and it shall deliver you like a packet parcel which has no stop on the way, it’s a thorough road to hell. Nobody can escape it, no religion can save it, no mantra can chant it nothing. It’s a simple consciousness to reveal your own subconscious and see in the state of subconscious to what unconsciously is doing and what unconsciousness is making you to do and how consciousness is delivering it, somebody is delivering you to the burning furnace and you feel it’s a winter fire, you are wrong, therefore you have to have a vision in your own subconscious to review your life.
You must know ‘why I’m doing it,’ not what I am doing it, not you are the biggest fool on the planet when you think, so long I can get away from it, I tell you, you can get away from everybody else, every psyche has independent cycle and independent axle and independent orbit all three things are independent of you, and your effectiveness maybe or may not be exist in bond or impact or relationship, but you cannot get away from your own subconscious. Your subconscious is your Akashik record, it will record it and the tragedy of it is that unconsciously it will record on your Akashik record of your subtle body and when subtle body gets one after the other such record punched and punched and punched it becomes a permanent habit, and to break a permanent habit through subconscious is impossible, that’s why they say first you create habits and then habits create you.
Don’t you ever misunderstand that one day you are being abusiveness is ignored, no it’s recorded. It’s like a brick you lay in your own path, it’s like a wall you have created which you cannot even scale. Love has nothing to do with it, success has nothing to do with it, hatred has nothing to do with it, your power, your money, your body, your age, your self, your sex, your sensuality, your mannerism, your achievements, your degrees all has nothing to do with it, this is one thing you must understand it is you within you, your subconscious is within you, you can hide from the whole world but you cannot get away from your subconscious and whatever your subconscious record is going to do you in whether you like it or not, it is your pipeline of the gas which is going to get narrow and narrow and one day it’s going to burst and that’s the day it’s going to burst.
I have seen people very saintly looking, very saintly looking eating their own shit, exact practically the wisest people, I have seen those very people just to save them to do those kind of acts, they were put in a, what they call it, the jacket, straight jacket. I have seen a great man extremely successful tied down from the waistline to both side of the room and when I went to see him I said, ‘Wahe Guru‘ my God, this is the man we used to look to, it’s not that he didn’t recognize me it’s not that he didn’t want to talk to me, but I have to take the permission to tell them to release that chain from the other side of the room through those holes so he can sit. When those strings are tight on both side he has to they have to keep him standing, because even in these convulsions he could have created a force which was they were not satisfied. That’s where your ego can take you.
The first act of an ego is it isolates you from reality and it creates for you a non reality and your association of non reality sometime become so firm and so believing that you really believe what your non reality is and once you start believing that non reality and you are totally into it, it totally makes you insane, and sometime insanity can be physical, it can be physical perversion, it can be totally a diversion of the fact of your life or it can be totally mental and it can be totally violent or it can be totally depressed, what is called passive or active. These are the states of mind in which after every three people one experiencing as a perfect. So don’t misunderstand that you have to go faraway to find it. Only the difference is that of a degree.
Somewhere it’s fool proofly diagnosed then you take action somewhere it’s plain, I can tell you how easy it is. I have never expressed my displeasure but sometime I review a situation where I said, ‘hand it to God, it’s very regretful,’ because I see this unconscious insanity pulling its full weight and carried it beyond the horizon of livable respectability. Then you don’t touch that person then it’s morally, ethically and spiritually a spiritual teacher and entitled not to interfere and that’s the most unfortunate part of a person, when his own teacher doesn’t want to interfere. That is called the state of orphanage in the realms of consciousness. But sometime we can totally create it. And we feel it and we want to go along with it, because we are blinded by the passion.
You know what a passion blinding is? When you drive a car and rains come very heavy and your window wipers go dead, you want to reach home, you want to reach quick, you want to drive fast but you can’t see anything what is on the way. You will not reach anywhere. When you create a domestic disaster in your life, you have already set the goal for it, and when your life start acting as yoyo, when your business start doing yoyo, when your relationship start doing yoyo, if you don’t read the words on the wall of a warning, you are out for a outfit disaster head on. Because always to your consciousness, your unconscious through subconscious gives you the warning it is called little me. It is called the little voice in me which you normally ignore.
I was just joking with somebody today and I said, “Did you hear me?” And the answer came, “Yes,”
I said, “Surprising.”
The question came, “Why it’s surprising?”
I said, “I don’t believe you even know how to hear me but if you have said it it’s fine.”
The question came, “Why you can so that?”
I said, “You have never acted what I’ve said, because you always feel that I said to you what I wanted actually I have said to you what you wanted, and you can’t make that distinction. What more insanity can be,” why, why question, why, I want somebody to do what I want. What I want I’ll do it myself. If all the astrologers can tell you when you are going to be rich, why can’t they predict their own richness. If all the psychiatrists and psychologist can analyze you why don’t they analyze themself, if all the doctors can heal you why can’t they heal themself, if all the engineers can construct anything why they go for employment? No you are always a direction of help in the environments of the circumstances and the unseen potential power, you are all part to that unconscious mighty power which governs this planet which we call God.
It’s not known to us, all of you are bogus, I am, look I am fifty-eight years old I think there’s not a one person who can claim he has met so many religious person or seen so many religious people than me it’s a choice of my life. It’s totally bogosity, religion is a bogosity for us, and God is a joke for us. The unknown, the unconscious is God in action, in reality we never acknowledge it, and then we read scriptures, and funny part is when you are a Sikh, God then I just feel berserk about it.
The scriptures says it openly there is no secret about it, it hits you left and right, when it talks to the unconscious it talks to the mind, when it talks to the subconscious it talks to the mind, when it talks to the unconscious it talks to the God, fit the word God comes Har words come eight thousand four hundred forty-four times the word Har comes, put unconscious in that in English and when the word comes the mind put subconscious and paraphrase it you’ll be shocked what you are learning, it’s amazing, the unknown, the unknowingly unknown and the known, known are all three within the faculty of you as a human being, and are you beautiful enough sophisticated enough to balance it out, or you are just like an animal making your own nest and leaving it.
Chimpanzees do the same thing I saw it on the television today, yeah they make their own nest and very good and very comfortable everyday on one tree or the other, so why you do different, just like forefathers? Because you start walking on two legs, that’s why you are better than those who walk on the four?
I was joking when I was watching the show of the chimpanzee today, I said, “Do they have cardio rehab somewhere? Can they get their surgery?” No the preciousness of the life is not understood by us, the gift of the life is not acknowledged by us, the reality of wisdom is not reverend by us, respected by us, when you insult your spiritual teacher you don’t do to him you just respect your own ego and you insult your own subconscious, consciously. Because there is a balance in life, because the unconscious is moving in wrong direction it’s just like a big, big, what do they call that thing glacier, which take away the mountain before it, to know the unknown and experience it, is the reality of life.
We are going to do this little Kriya which I am itchy to do with you tonight, but if you are very relaxed after my lecture you may not do it just look at me and that’s fine if you want to participate it’s okay.
Take the Gian Mudra please and just start balancing it, and as you balance breathe with the nostril same nostril, if you do this, this breathe through this nostril, your hands are tight, I have taught you how to change the nostril, remember that? If you press on the side of the rib cage the nostril will change remember that? Okay that’s what it is, you forgot so soon, okay, it’s quite an exercise, don’t worry I did it in the morning I’m tired of it, so you can do it, if you want it, ah. When you inhale then you exhale, then you inhale with the other side and exhale it’s a simple Kriya. Come on

Do not breathe by the nostril your breath is regulated, consciously breathe as the hand goes up and down and the other goes up and down.
Find out a German way to do it, I know that’s what your turning, that’s why in Hatha yoga they start doing like this because that’s where the determined is put in habit to breathe at their will so when you go in for a higher yoga there are exercises kriyas we call them which demands you to breathe by the nostril you want it, not what your unconsciously doing it, bring the unconscious breathing to a conscious breathing.
Come on with the force of the breath create the breath of the sound, it’s called the kiss of the Pranayou do the other lip kiss why not you do this.
You must practice to change the breath of the nostril anytime at your conscious control otherwise when the breath start going through both the nostril those are the within those three minutes you die doesn’t matter how great and healthy you are doesn’t make any difference the central breath they call it, when the central breath is the breath of death, that means those are your, that’s the situation but if you are a Yogi and you change the nostril and don’t want to go, you can change the nostril if you have a conscious power to change the unconscious nostril, you can survive.
You don’t conquer the death by a medicine you only heal the body, death is beyond body.
Having a good car and a tuned car is nothing wrong but it doesn’t mean you have gasoline with it.
Your Ida and Pingala determines your breath and your life and death.
Please try it the way that you succeed today somehow, use any method there are two, three kriyas in which we have been practicing all these years to change our nostril at our will.
All right yoke your hands like this please, don’t touch these guys too and now make it like this and rotate them and with their rotation breathe.
As you create a circle so you complete a breath.
At your own command.
Try to create anyway you like you’ll reach the same spot.

Let it go, once more inhale deep come on now pull, pull your rib cage up give yourself a chance, all weird things you do to yourself do some equally good things so there should be a balance, up, up, stiff, stretch, pull up fifteen more seconds heavens are not going to fall, try your best five more seconds, do your best, let it go.
